Here’s how it works, you bring me on as your Day-of Producer, we have a few meetings within a month from the event. During these meetings we will go over all decisions that have already been made. This could be anything from which vendors are coming in and what time, what food and drink will consist of and at what time, will there be entertainment, who is in charge of them, what is the schedule of the event, do we have a run of show, where do we want things to be set-up, what time do they need to be ready at, what time will doors open, etc. After all details are discussed, I come in during set-up, and execute on the set-up schedule, ensuring all vendors or outside parties are setting up on time and where they need to be setting up. This way you don’t have to be on site at 6:00 a.m., I can do that for you. During the event I will handle the chaos. I will make sure that any issues that arise get solved, any “fires” as they say, get put out, and all pieces of the event come together to form one well oiled machine. Doing this allows you & your team to enjoy everything you have put together. You can network with whomever, introduce that guest to another, try the featured cocktail, and the food!
