Indoor vs. outdoor? Blank canvas or art gallery? Having a green/sustainable themed event inside of a coal factory would be detrimental, obviously. However so would having a launch event in a venue with no AV/sound. Make your budget go further with the right choices.

Do you want food and drink, do you know someone who does both? Do they have the proper licenses? If you contract a vendor for appetizers, assuming they’re bringing plates and they don’t then your guests eat off of their laps. Asking the right questions, and confirming contract info is vital to a successful event.

How do you even find a silks performer, can they perform in the venue you chose? If you’re deciding between models, performers or musicians, let’s talk about that and how it can elevate the event.
